St.Johns
Wort is one of the finest nirvines in the
herbal kingdom to restore the nervous system after
prolonged periods of exhaustion and stress. It can
lift depression, anxiety and irritability, stabilize
the emotions and ease insomnia. It
contains hypericin, which is a MAO inhibitor and
stimulant for dopamine, which eases depression. St Johns Wort is an excellent sun block

Herbal
Infusion: Put 1 heaping teaspoon of tea into a
preheated mug, jar or teapot. Add 8-12 oz. boiling
water. Cover and let steep for 10 mins; or 15-60
mins. For medicinal effect. Strain and drink. For
a cold infusion, steep herbs overnight or for 4-5
hrs.
